Beautiful Day for a Ride

Alice had to ride today after work. So, since I’m still out of commission for riding, I followed her in my truck. Man, I wish I could’ve been on the bike. Since she’s not familiar with the back roads around here, I told her to just ride wherever she wanted and when we were ready to go home, I would figure out how to get back. But, then she had the brilliant idea to use her Bluetooth so we could leave our phones on and communicate. Good practice for our big ride. Since she was leading, I got to tell her where to go…my favorite thing to do. She did great and we got back home safely. Hopefully I’ll be back on my bike in a couple more weeks. Gotta get better at taking pictures, though. Would have been great to get a pic of her in action. I’ll work on that.
